This is a special post in English for our fans who don’t live in Bulgaria.
We’ve been working together with runners to create the ultimate food to support your body’s need while on the run. The one that majority of you have tried is the so called “On the run bar” which contains many healthy ingredients. We do not use any kind of preservatives and we try to keep this type of food as healthy as possible.

Energy bar “On the trail” contains: godji berry, chia, dry fruits, honey, oat nuts,almonds, hazelnuts and brown sugar.
It’s purpose is to fuel up the runner during long runs with high energy whilst being healthy. Combining all of the above, one receives calories in a small easy to eat dosage.
Here is a comment about this product from one of our test eaters/runners:
“It is really dense and sate, it builds back the lost energy after 20-30 km of mountain trail run. The multiple nuts and dry fruits are really important because chewing the food in times of energy loss is crucial of its easier absorption. The little bars are really great, because eating a complete bar is often unthinkable, usually half of it remain uneaten and you have to put it back in the backpack for later on.”

We have also produced 2 more products in the form of muffins.
One is to be used pre-run. It contains coffee, brown sugar,dark chocolate, ground baked sesame seed – tahini, Himalayan salt and walnuts. The Himalayan salt gives good reserves of salts before long runs and the coffee kicks in at the end of the long competition just before tiredness and the need for sleep start taking their toll on our bodies.

The other muffin is on the trail edition which combines great taste , yet provides your body with great amount of energy.

It contains lemon zest, oat nuts, goji berry, chia, lemon juice, ground baked sesame seeds, Himalayan salt and walnuts. A really fresh taste when running long distances.
